Eric spent most of his adult life overweight. After years of disappointment at commercial gyms, Eric trained himself at home. He utilized the ancient tools of Chinese Qigong, Kettlebells and Indian Club swinging. He dropped 60 pounds; totally transforming his health and life. This began a passionate quest to help others, using the proven methods that helped him. Acquiring instruction and certifications, he began training individuals in 2011. Eric has worked successfully with a wide range of clients including those who seek life changing vitality through increasing strength, mobility, flexibility, and confidence. He can also help those who strive to increase longevity by dropping excess body fat and decreasing job stress.
