Everyone has their personal reasons for exercising.
What is your inspiration?
Some of the most common are to lose weight, get stronger, leaner, and/or increase muscle mass. Although those are AMAZING reasons to exercise there are many more excuses to get your body moving. Moving your body daily combats against disease, increases longevity and quality of life, enhances mood and sleep, boosts memory and brain power, and reduces stress. Who wouldn’t want those type of benefits?!?!? So, whether you want to lose weight or not you should still get up and move everyday.
