Do you have good sleep hygiene? Sleep hygiene refers to the behaviors and habits that directly affect your sleep quantity & quality. Check out this list and see if you have good hygiene?

  • Avoid drinking caffeine after 12pm
  • Avoid eating close to bedtime
  • Avoid alcohol before bed
  • Avoid working & buzzing late especially on your devices
  • Create a cool, calm, comfy, and dark sleep environment
  • Create a winding down routine
  • Stick to a schedule- wake & sleep at the same times everyday
