Thanksgiving Aftermath.

Are you experiencing a holiday hangover? Feelings of sluggishness, sugar cravings & crashes, moodiness, and maybe a little bloated? Whether you stayed on track or overindulged, it is a new day! Today you’ll want to drink more water than normal and sip consistently throughout the day. Try to include anti-inflammatory foods such as; green leafy veggies, ginger, berries, pineapple, broccoli, turmeric, and bone broth. Also, include a healthy fat at every meal to help with any crashes and keep your energy stable. Snack on some walnuts or pumpkin seeds, add avocado or guacamole to your meal, roast veggies in olive oil. Exercising will help get you back on track too so try to take a family stroll or make it to a S360 class. This will help you sweat it out, burn some calories, and increase your mood. Fuel and move your body to kick the hangover to the curb!
